Common use of ETA Clause in Contracts

ETA. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ should arrive TTN port not later than 5 days from committed ETA. In case of any ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ @ 0.1% of coal value per day will be levied or the loss due to risk purchase whichever is higher.
