Common use of Estimates and GMP/CPFF Proposal Clause in Contracts

Estimates and GMP/CPFF Proposal. The Contractor shall prepare and submit the following within ten (10) days after the Architect-Engineer’s completion of the design documents for each phase (or within such reasonably longer period of time as agreed to by the Contractor, the Architect-Engineer and Princeton University): Schematic Design Phase Estimate, Design Development Phase Estimate, 50% Construction Documents Phase Estimate, and a Final GMP/CPFF Proposal (based on 85% construction documents but which covers 100% of the intended scope). Each estimate and the GMP/CPFF proposal shall consist of the following documents:
