Estimated Delivery. ▇▇▇▇ Technologies may provide the Customer with an estimated shipment and delivery date for the Chronos Camera. The Customer acknowledges that ▇▇▇▇ Technologies does not provide any warranty or guarantee that the Chronos Camera will be provided by the estimated date. The Customer agrees that in the event a delay arises for any reason, and the estimated shipment or delivery dates are not met, ▇▇▇▇ Technologies will not be obligated to provide any discounts, refunds, or credits due to such delay.
