Common use of Estimated Completion Date Clause in Contracts

Estimated Completion Date. Seller shall proceed with reasonable diligence to construct the Property, and to complete such construction on or before (the “Completion Date.”) A Final Completion Date shall be provided within four (4) weeks of completion. The Completion Date will automatically be extended as a result of a delay in the delivery of the Property, inability to obtain materials and supplies, delays caused by weather and/or acts of God, or for any other reason resulting from conditions beyond the control of the Seller.
