Common use of Estimated Completion Date Clause in Contracts

Estimated Completion Date. (a) Where Superior Jetties provide the Customer with an estimated date of completion for the Works (‘Estimated Completion Date’), that Estimated Completion Date is given as an approximate indication only. (b) Superior Jetties is not liable to the Customer for any Claim arising either directly or indirectly from any delay or failure to complete the Works by the Estimated Completion Date.
