Established Supplemental Activities. The Supplemental Activities Pay Schedule shall be attached as Appendix B. All previously established activities for which extra compensation has been paid and not considered overload activity prior to January 11, 1979 (e.g., coaching) shall continue to be compensated in the same manner as they have been in the past. Such activities will not be calculated as overload as it relates to Article III, Section B. (3., 4.). Faculty members who assume these supplemental duties may, at their option and with the concurrence of their immediate supervisor, elect to have a reduced teaching or counseling load in lieu of extra compensation.
