ESCROW TERM Sample Clauses

The ESCROW TERM clause defines the duration for which funds or assets are to be held in escrow under an agreement. Typically, this clause specifies the start and end dates of the escrow period, or the conditions that trigger the release of escrowed assets, such as the completion of certain obligations or the passage of a set timeframe. By clearly outlining when and how escrowed items are to be released, this clause ensures that both parties understand the timeline and conditions for the escrow arrangement, thereby reducing disputes and providing security for the transaction.
