Escrow Ledger. Escrow Agent shall maintain, and make available to Buyer or any of the Shareholders upon request during regular business hours, a ledger setting forth (a) the amount of the Escrow Account and the number and type of each security held in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, (▇) all payments and distributions of Escrowed Shares from the Escrow Fund pursuant to Section 5 hereof, and (c) with respect to distributions made to Buyer pursuant to this Agreement, a record of the claim and the amount of such claim underlying such distribution.
