Escrow Fee. REYN▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ll pay to the ESCROW AGENT for its services hereunder an escrow fee based upon the then-current schedule of charges for such services promulgated by the ESCROW AGENT and shall pay additional reasonable compensation for any further or extraordinary service which the ESCROW AGENT may be required to render pursuant to the terms of this ESCROW AGREEMENT.
