Improvements in the operations of ESCOM will be measured by the following areas: (1) Quantity of Electricity Metered; (2) Quantity of Electricity Billed; (3) Reduction in Losses; (4) Voltage Quality; (5) Maintenance Expenditures; (6) Reduced Outages; and (7) Annual Procurement Audit.
