ERS Rectification Sample Clauses

ERS Rectification. From the date of this Deed until Completion, the Buyer and the Sellers agree to (i) discuss in good faith any Tax issues relating to employment related securities issued by the Company prior to the date of this Deed and (ii) use reasonable endeavours to procure that any such issues are rectified.
