Errors. You agree to notify us immediately of any suspected errors regarding items deposited through the Mobile Deposit Service, and in no event no later than sixty (60) days after the applicable Bank account statement is sent. Unless you notify the Bank within sixty (60) days, the applicable account statement regarding deposits made through the Mobile Deposit Service shall be deemed correct, and you are prohibited from bringing a claim against us for such alleged error.
