Errors on Settlement Statements. If either party discovers any errors in any of the prorations or adjustments shown on the settlement statements or closing statements, then the party discovering such error shall promptly notify the other party thereof and the parties shall promptly make such payments to one another as shall be necessary to rectify such errors; provided, however, that any such error notices shall be delivered on or before the first (1st) anniversary of the Closing Date.
