Errors in TrueFiling™ software Clause Samples

Errors in TrueFiling™ software. All Error(s) discovered by Customer within TrueFiling™ software must be properly reported to ImageSoft in accordance with Section 2. ImageSoft shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to correct any properly reported Error(s) in the TrueFiling™ software that are mutually confirmed by ImageSoft, in the exercise of their commercially reasonable judgment.
