Common use of Errors and Willful Acts Clause in Contracts

Errors and Willful Acts. PeopleGuru shall correct any Customer report, data, or tax agency filings, as the case may be, produced incorrectly as a result of a PeopleGuru error, at no charge to Customer. Additionally, PeopleGuru shall reimburse Customer for actual damages incurred by Customer as a direct result of the criminal or fraudulent acts or willful misconduct of PeopleGuru or any of its employees.
