The DESIGN-BUILDER shall require the architect or engineer of record, as applicable, and other design professionals to purchase, maintain, and keep in full force, effect, and good standing, a professional liability/errors and omissions insurance policy having minimum limits of $1,000,000, with a maximum deductible of $100,000.
