ERRORS AND OMISSIONS Except for the conditions as provided for in the Sunset Article of this Agreement, any isolated and inadvertent administrative act, neglect, delay, omission, or error by either party to this Agreement, will not be held to relieve either party to this Agreement from any liability that would attach to it under this Agreement if that act, neglect, delay, omission, or error had not been made, providing that such act, neglect, delay, omission, or error is not prejudicial to the other party and is rectified immediately upon discovery without prejudice to the other party.
