Common use of ERO Clause in Contracts

ERO. On and subject to the terms and conditions hereof and subject to the registration of the Plan Securities in the “Registro de Valores” of the CMF, the Company shall conduct the ERO in a manner consistent with the Restructuring Support Agreement, the Plan, the ERO Procedures and this Agreement.
