ERISA Events and ERISA Reports. Promptly and in any event within 20 days after (A) the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or any ERISA Affiliate knows that any ERISA Event has occurred, a statement of the Borrower describing such ERISA Event and (B) the date of any material correspondence between the Borrower, any of its Subsidiaries or any ERISA Affiliate and the PBGC, a copy of such material correspondence.
