Common use of Ericsson Clause in Contracts

Ericsson. Ericsson Inc. has elected to make a substantial investment in Employer and has made it a condition of its investment that the Company enter into this Agreement with Executive for the purpose of securing his services for an extended period of time, ensuring that he has sufficient incentives to continue to serve the interests of the Company and to ensure that Executive will not, during the time of this Agreement enter into competition with the Company, all on the terms and conditions set forth herein.
