Equivalent Basis. Loans shall be available to all eligible borrowers on a reasonably equivalent basis which may take into account the borrower's creditworthiness, ability to repay, and ability to provide adequate security. Loans shall not be made available to Highly Compensated Employees, officers or shareholders of a Plan Sponsor in an amount greater than the amount made available to other borrowers. This provision shall be deemed to be satisfied if all borrowers have the right to borrow the same percentage of their interest in the Participant's vested Account, notwithstanding that the dollar amount of such loans may differ as a result of differing values of Participants' vested Accounts.
