Equity Logo. The Engager shall place a notice in the program to the effect that the company is professional and operates within the jurisdiction of Canadian Actors' Equity Association.
Equity Logo. The Engager agrees to display the Equity logo whenever possible in the lobby of a venue in a conspicuous place near the box office. The Equity logo shall be supplied by Equity and remain the property of Equity and shall be returned on demand. There must also be a notice in the program to the effect that the Company is professional and operates within the jurisdiction of Equity.
