Common use of Equity Documents Clause in Contracts

Equity Documents. The Company shall take all actions under the Equity Documents and applicable Requirements of Law to entitle the Company to issue shares of common stock under the Form S-3 and any prospectus supplement filed thereunder with respect to the Sales Agreement and under the Form S-1 to be filed with the SEC by the Company with respect to the Equity Commitment Agreement.
