Common use of Equitable Relief: Jurisdiction and Venue Clause in Contracts

Equitable Relief: Jurisdiction and Venue. Upon due consideration of any effects created hereby, Consultant hereby irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction and venue of a court of competent civil jurisdiction sitting in Palm Beach, Florida in any action or proceeding brought by the Company arising out of, or relating to, the provisions in Sections 7 through 10 of this Agreement. Consultant hereby irrevocably agrees that any such action or proceeding may, at the Company's option, be heard and determined in such court. Consultant agrees that a final order or judgment in any such action or proceeding shall, to the extent permitted by applicable law, be conclusive and may be enforced in other jurisdictions by suit on the order or judgment, or in any other manner provided by applicable law related to the enforcement of judgments.
