Common use of Equitable Relief: Jurisdiction and Venue Clause in Contracts

Equitable Relief: Jurisdiction and Venue. The Executive hereby irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction and venue of the Circuit Court of the City of Norfolk, Virginia, in any action or proceeding brought by the Company arising out of, or relating to, the restrictive covenants in paragraphs 9 and 10 of this Agreement. The Executive hereby irrevocably agrees that any such action or proceeding shall, at the Company’s option, be heard and determined in such Court. The Executive agrees that a final order or judgment in any such action or proceeding shall, to the extent permitted by applicable law, be conclusive and may be enforced in other jurisdictions by suit on the order or judgment, or in any other manner provided by applicable law related to the enforcement of judgments.
