Common use of Equipment, Tools, Employees and Overhead Clause in Contracts

Equipment, Tools, Employees and Overhead. The Consultant shall provide, at the Consultant's expense, all equipment and tools needed to provide services under this Agreement, including the salaries of and benefits provided to any employees of the Consultant. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Consultant shall be responsible for all of the Consultant's overhead costs and expenses.
