Equipment Term Sample Clauses
Equipment Term. The Equipment Term set forth on an Order Form for each piece of Equipment shall commence as of the date Compute North notifies Customer in writing that the Mining Equipment has been received and turned on by Compute North. Unless an Order Form provides otherwise, the Equipment Term shall renew for successive one (1) month periods unless one party notifies the other in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the conclusion of the then-current Equipment Term.
Equipment Term. The term with respect to an Equipment Group subject to this Lease (the "Equipment Term")shall begin on the Equipment Acquisition Date for such Equipment Group and shall end on the date (such date, the "Equipment Pool Expiration Date") which is the earlier of (i) the day preceding the Original Equipment Pool Expiration Date relating to the Equipment Pool of which such Equipment Group constitutes a part,
Equipment Term. Owner does hereby lease to the Lessee, and the Lessee does hereby hire from the Owner, that certain equipment (the "Equipment") described as: 1 RJ-250SC 25 cubic yard self-contained compactor with color-coded pressure gauge, double door doghouse, 10HP, 3 phase power pack, multi-cycle timer, and Trashminder 10F fullness fax alert. The term of this Lease shall be sixty months (60) months (the "Initial Term"). The Initial Term shall commence on the date of delivery of the Equipment to Lessee. The term may be extended or renewed upon the mutual written agreement of the parties.
