Equipment Sharing. The equipment must be shared on other projects or programs in accordance with 2 CFR §200.313(c)(1).
Equipment Sharing. Each organization may request equipment for temporary use to support operations. The specifics of responsibility and liability of the loaned equipment will be developed as part of plans and procedures, in writing, and are separate from this agreement.
Equipment Sharing. Each of IDRI and Corixa shall allow the other the reasonable use of certain scientific and computer equipment from time to time as reasonably requested, subject in all cases to each party's right to limit access based upon its own demand for such equipment. Corixa and IDRI agree that the vast majority equipment provided by Corixa and any use of IDRI's equipment by Corixa is minor. IDRI shall pay Corixa for the maintenance and cost of the equipment as provided for in Schedule 3 as amended from time to time.
Equipment Sharing. 1. The District and City shall strive to give the other first consideration in the use ofthe other's equipment. Such use, however, shall be limited to and secondary to the primary use of municipal corporation holding ownership. Shared equipment shall be returned in as found or better condition and any repair costs related to damage caused by the borrowing party, shall be paid by the borrowing party. For example, equipment will be returned with the same or a similar amount of fuel as when it was borrowed.

The (PBA Name) functions only to connect landowners with other Members who may be willing to lend equipment; it does not own or provide any equipment itself.
Equipment Sharing. In the event that any equipment, devices or other tangible assets (“Equipment”) are provided by one Party to another, or any of their representatives, employees or contractors in connection with their performance of the Collaboration, the following conditions shall apply:
Equipment Sharing. Where practical, Astrotech shall share tools and materials with resident Home Port BCSC and USSL personnel. Similarly, BCSC and USSL shall provide Astrotech with access to common Home Port resource material and services such as support shops, tools, and material managed by USSL-designated logistics personnel.
