Equipment Records. Recipient must maintain equipment records that include a description of the equipment; a serial number or other identification number; the source of funding; the acquisition date, cost, and percentage of federal, state, or local government participation in the cost; the location, use, and condition of the equipment; and disposition information including the date of the disposal and sale price of the equipment.
