Equipment Purchasing a. Contractor shall obtain approval from County’s HSA ETB Administrative staff prior to the use of contract funds for the procurement of all equipment and personal property valued at five hundred dollars ($500) or greater. b. All equipment and personal property purchased with contract funds, regardless of the value, shall be limited to use for the purpose of this Agreement. c. An Inventory list shall be provided to County with the first invoice of the new contract year. The Inventory list shall document all of the equipment purchased with CalWORKs funding, past and present.
