Equipment Notes. On the Closing Date, the Owner shall execute, and the Indenture Trustee shall authenticate and deliver to the applicable Noteholder, an Equipment Note of such Series in the principal amount and bearing the interest rate set forth opposite the name of such Noteholder on Schedule II hereto. Subject to the terms hereof, of the [Participation Agreement (2000-2 747-1)] Pass Through Agreements and of the other Operative Agreements, all such Equipment Notes shall be dated and authenticated as of the Closing Date (and shall bear interest therefrom), shall be registered in such names as shall be specified by the Noteholder and shall be paid in the manner and at such places as are set forth in the Indenture.
