Common use of Equipment Notes Clause in Contracts

Equipment Notes. The Owner shall have tendered the Equipment Notes to be issued to such Applicable Pass Through Trustees to the Mortgagee for authentication and the Mortgagee shall have authenticated such Equipment Notes to be issued to such Applicable Pass Through Trustees and shall have tendered the Equipment Notes to the Subordination Agent on behalf of such Pass Through Trustee, against receipt of the loan proceeds, in accordance with Section 2.1.

Equipment Notes. The Owner shall have tendered the Equipment Notes to be issued to such Applicable Pass Through Trustees to the Mortgagee Indenture Trustee for authentication and the Mortgagee Indenture Trustee shall have authenticated such Equipment Notes to be issued to such Applicable Pass Through Trustees and shall have tendered the Equipment Notes to the Subordination Agent on behalf of such Pass Through Trustee, against receipt of the loan proceeds, in accordance with Section 2.1.
