Common use of EQUIPMENT COVERED AND TERM Clause in Contracts

EQUIPMENT COVERED AND TERM. A. MASTER LEASE AND SHORT-TERM TSP LEASE(S). LP agrees to lease to Ryder and Ryder agrees to lease from LP the vehicles listed on the Short-Term TSP Lease (the “TSP Vehicle(s)”). Each Short-Term TSP Lease is a part of this Master Lease and contains additional terms and conditions.
