Common use of Equipment Calibration Clause in Contracts

Equipment Calibration. Institution shall be responsible for ensuring Institution-owned equipment utilized by Institution in accordance with this Agreement, is serviced and/or calibrated as per manufacturer’s recommendation or more frequently as required by Janssen. Records verifying the equipment calibration and maintenance shall be provided to Janssen upon request.
