EQUIPMENT/BENCHWORK. Landlord will provide Laboratory Equipment and Benchwork listed below. It is the Tenant’s responsibility to service and maintain these items by obtaining service contracts with qualified vendors. All costs associated with the repair and maintenance of these items is the Tenant’s responsibility.
