EQUIPEMENT. A yoga mat and towel are required to attend the course. The customer who fails to provide them, can rent at the counter. Other accessories such as blocks and belts will be provided as needed. Open lockers and others that can be locked with a padlock are available to customers. The customer wishing to lock his locker can bring their own padlock or rent one at the counter. Showers are available and some hygiene products are provided (shampoo, shower gel, moisturizer). All payments must be made by cash or credit card at the time of signing this contract. If the customer pays in two installments, the second installment will be automatically deducted from your credit card by La pause hot yoga inc. on the agreed date. Hereby, the customer agrees to provide the necessary information and authorizes the debit. In the event that for any reason beyond the control of La pause hot yoga inc. it would be impossible to take the expected amount, the payment will be considered late and fees of 2% / month interest at 24% / year may be required. Customer services could also be suspended until the overdue amount is paid. This contract may not be assigned or transferred by any means to anyone and cannot be suspended by the client.

EQUIPEMENT. A. CITY shall provide all business computing and communications equipment, and service costs, furniture and fixtures necessary and convenient to carry out the terms of this Agreement. B. All such computing and communications equipment, furniture, and fixtures provided by CITY shall be deemed the property of CITY.

EQUIPEMENT. Subject to its representations and warranties in Par. 1 above, CARRIER agrees to provide the necessary equipment and qualified personnel for completion of the transportation services required by BROKER for its customers. EQUIPEMENT. 16.1 The Sponsor or a third party on behalf of Sponsor may provide additional equipment as needed and agreed with the Institution (“Equipment”). The Institution agrees that the Equipment shall be used exclusively for the Study and in accordance with the requirements of the Protocol and the terms of this Agreement and with the instructions of use of this Equipment.
