Common use of Equator Principles Clause in Contracts

Equator Principles. To the knowledge of the Borrower, the Development is in compliance in all material respects with the Equator Principles applicable to the Development, other than, prior to the earlier of the start of major offshore construction activities and April 1, 2022 only, the matters set forth in the Equator Principles Action Plan attached as Schedule 5.23 (the “Equator Principles Action Plan”).
