Common use of Epoxy Clause in Contracts

Epoxy. An Employee engaged on the preparation and/or the application of epoxy based materials shall be paid an allowance of $1.10 per hour or part of an hour whilst so engaged.

Epoxy. An Employee employee engaged on the preparation and/or the application of epoxy based materials shall be paid an allowance of $1.10 1.50 per hour or part of an hour whilst so engaged.
