Episodes Clause Samples
The 'Episodes' clause defines the number, duration, and delivery schedule of individual episodes within a television or digital series agreement. It typically outlines how many episodes are to be produced, their expected length, and any deadlines or milestones for their completion and delivery. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the production scope and timeline, helping to prevent misunderstandings and disputes regarding the quantity and timing of content to be delivered.
