EPA Settlement. Each Obligor shall take all such actions and steps and do all such things as may be required to cause the release of the Liens in favour of the EPA as soon as reasonably practicable after the payment of the outstanding water treatment charges as contemplated in the Use of Proceeds under this Agreement. Each Obligor shall comply in all respects with its obligations under the EPA Settlement Agreement and in all material respects with all other agreements, Authorizations and Other Rights necessary for the construction, development and operation of the Project as contemplated by the current development or mine plan.
