EPA Logo Sample Clauses

The EPA Logo clause governs the use of the Environmental Protection Agency's official logo in connection with a contract or agreement. It typically outlines restrictions on how and when the logo may be displayed, such as prohibiting its use for commercial endorsement or requiring prior written approval for any public-facing materials. This clause ensures that the EPA's logo is not misused or misrepresented, thereby protecting the agency's reputation and maintaining the integrity of its brand.
