Common use of EOI Process Clause in Contracts

EOI Process. 3.1 Each interested applicant shall submit its EOI (in English language), comprising of the following: (a) Details of the applicant in accordance with the format set out in Annexure A; (b) Details of its Technical Capability in accordance with the format set out in Annexure B; and (c) Details of its Financial Capability in accordance with the format set out in Annexure C. 3.2 The EOIs shall be submitted Physically as per the format prescribed in Annexures.
