Common use of Environmental Statutes Clause in Contracts

Environmental Statutes. Borrower will not, and will not permit any other Person to violate an Environmental Protection Statute, except where such violation could not reasonably be expected to materially adversely impact the business, operations, properties or condition (financial or otherwise) of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, or the ability of the Borrower to repay the Loan or to observe and perform its obligations under the Loan Documents.
