Common use of Environmental Requirements Clause in Contracts

Environmental Requirements. The Supplier shall, when working on the Premises, perform its obligations under the Contract in accordance with the Authority’s environmental policy, which is to conserve energy, water, wood, paper and other resources, reduce waste and phase out the use of ozone depleting substances and minimise the release of greenhouse gases, volatile organic compounds and other substances damaging to health and the environment.

Environmental Requirements. The Supplier shall, when working on the Premises, perform its obligations under the Contract in accordance with the Authority’s Customer's environmental policy, which is to conserve energy, water, wood, paper and other resources, reduce waste and phase out the use of ozone depleting substances and minimise the release of greenhouse gases, volatile organic compounds and other substances damaging to health and the environment.

Environmental Requirements. The Supplier shall, when working on the Premises, perform its obligations under the this Call Off Contract in accordance with the Authority’s Customer's environmental policy, policy which is to conserve energy, water, wood, paper and other resources, reduce waste and phase out the use of ozone depleting substances and minimise the release of greenhouse gases, volatile organic compounds and other substances damaging to health and the environment. The Customer shall provide a copy of its written environmental policy (if any) to the Supplier upon the Supplier’s written request.

Environmental Requirements. The Supplier shall, when working on the Premises, perform its obligations under the Contract in accordance with the Authority’s ConstructionSkills' environmental policy, which is including but not limited to conserve conserving energy, water, wood, paper and other resources, reduce reducing waste and phase phasing out the use of ozone depleting substances and minimise minimising the release of greenhouse gases, volatile organic compounds and other substances damaging to health and the environment.
