Environmental Regulation. The enforcement services to be delegated all operate on a Monday – Friday basis, although weekends and evening working is possible by prior arrangement, but usually at additional expense. The majority of work undertaken by the Regulatory team involves responding to requests for service made by members of the public, via the Council’s contact centre, or Xxxx Members. Responding to these issues takes up approximately 85% of the time available within the team.
