Common use of Environmental Records Clause in Contracts

Environmental Records. Tax credits and Tax refunds related to the Company Business, including Delphi’s Michigan MEGA tax credit entitlements and any property tax refunds related to the Company Business, as well as any other Tax credit or refund not covered by Sections 2.1.3.K or 2.1.5.G; T. 50% of the net proceeds from the Delphi FICA Litigation; and U. Wage escrow accounts applicable to Transferred U.S. Hourly Employees who are PRPs at the sites included in the Company Acquired Assets.
