Environmental Questionnaire. Prior to occupying Subleased Premises, Subtenant shall provide to Sublandlord a fully and accurately completed Pre-leasing Environmental Exposure Questionnaire (“Environmental Questionnaire”; Exhibit E to the Master Lease), which Sublandlord will deliver to Landlord in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 5.3.1.1
