Environmental Pollution. (1) The Company and the Union agree that the problem of pollution must be solved. The Company and the Union affirm, according to their respective responsibilities, their joint objective to take whatever immediate and continuing action necessary to achieve an environment at work and in the community which is pollution free.
(2) A minimum standard will be to reduce the level of all pollutants as per Threshold Limit Value guidelines used by Ontario Department of Health.
