Environmental Pay. Working Supervisors The parties agree to meet to negotiate the classification and rate of pay for environmental pay for working supervisors. Environmental pay shall be set at twenty-five (.25) cents per hour and shall be a component of pay for all calculations. It is understood that environmental pay is unique to the indicated classification or classifications addressed in the future by Labor Management Committee and is only applicable while serving in one of these indicated classifications or any added by the Committee. a. Painting/Body Preparation The Equipment painter, body preparation tech classifications shall receive environment pay for eight (8) hours in a day or forty (40) hours in a week or hours actually worked, whichever is greater.
