Environmental Hazardous Substances Sample Clauses

Environmental Hazardous Substances. To Seller’s knowledge, and except for normal quantities of cleaning and maintenance materials commonly used in connection with the operation and maintenance of properties similar to the Property, no Hazardous Substances (defined below) have been discharged or stored on, under or about the Property. To Seller’s knowledge, Seller has not received written notice of violation, administrative complaint, judicial complaint, or other notice (i) alleging that conditions on the Property are or have been in violation of any Environmental Law, (ii) informing Seller that the Property is subject to investigation or inquiry regarding the presence of Hazardous Substances on or about the Property, or (iii) alleging the potential violation of any Environmental Law.
